We share your concerns about privacy and we understand that you want to know how we treat the personal information that we obtain from you or other sources in the course of providing you with our services.

Warren Brannen & Lyle Company does not disclose your personal information to companies or organizations not affiliated with us who would use the information we have provided them to contact you about their own products and services.  If Brannen & Lyle Investment Company were ever to change this policy we would, as required by law, provide you with the opportunity in advance to “opt-out” and direct us not to make these disclosures of your personal information.

Most of the personal information that we have comes directly from you.  Much of this information is given to us on applications for annuities or life insurance.  We may contact you by telephone or mail for additional information.  We may also collect personal information from outside sources, including consumer reporting agencies and health care providers for life insurance policies.  This information may include credit reports and medical information.

When we share personal information with companies working on our behalf, it is available to those individuals who need to see it to fulfill and service your needs.  We maintain physical, electronic, and organizational safeguards to protect customer information.  We continually review our polices and practices, monitor our computer networks, and test the strength of our security in order to ensure the safety of customer information.
